There is an art to delegation. To effectively delegate you should be able to:

The advanced communication course places a strong emphasis on practice and process. The instructor gives regular feedback to participants on their speaking and writing and participants are required to produce multiple spoken presentations and written work with particular content or information.

During this course the participant will be exposed to:

  • How we communicate to others and how that process can be misinterpreted

  • How our senses are used to change information

  • How information is observed and evaluated as we receive and interpret it

  • How to identify the thinking patterns of other people by watching their body movements

TFM 305 - Organization and Leadership ~ Track Personal Development

Organization and leadership;are important areas of management;in all businesses. Training and courses help companies establish effective organization and leadership, which in turn helps stimulate innovation, drive change and deliver results in increasingly competitive and complex circumstances.

The Mission Statement defines the organization's purpose and primary objectives. Its prime function is internal. The vision statement focuses on both the purpose and values of the organization. Having these can truly be inspiring for the employees.

TFM 310 - Management Transformation ~ Track Optional Interest

Management transformation requires important changes to an organization. This course looks at how to successfully systematize resources for change within the current organization. This course will benefit leaders and identify the effect of change within the organization. This course is directed at senior managers and leaders who are accountable for change programs and projects within their organization.
